Customers are at liberty to choose, backgrounds, placement, colors, and fonts. Otherwise, J.E.P. dESIgN SOLUTIONS will design at their own discretion. In the case of large amounts of information for flyers, we reserve the right to allocate an extra fee, and/or change the size of the product ordered. This is done to prevent a compromise in the quality of the design and legibility of the wording.

For every order, half of the total for the requested product(s) is due upon ordering. An invoice will be sent via PayPal once confirmed. A sample of the product will be e-mailed to the customer. There is an additional charge for a large amount of modifications to the sample product/website. It ranges from $5-$10. Once approved, the invoice will be e-mailed to customer via PayPal and payment is due upon receipt of. Then the product will be released to the customer.

New and Old Accounts: Accounts that are open longer than 2 weeks with no contact from the customer will result in the loss of your deposit. An additional deposit will be required to re-open your account.

NO REFUNDS-We currently do not offer refunds for any monies received.

J.E.P. dESIgN SOLUTIONS operates with integrity. We never use the intellectual property of others without permission (i.e. written, verbal, or financial). Once a project is in the hands of the customer, they can modify it any way that they want. If they chose to use it for unethical practices, they are not to associate the JEP dESIgN with it. J.E.P. dESIgN SOLUTIONS also reserves the right to use the products designed by us in advertisements and promotions.
